Our residential service offers a wide array of options. The recommended first step in a relationship with our cleaning company is the Deep Clean. While not required, it lets us lay the basis for keeping and maintaining a clean house.

After the initial home deep cleaning, we offer weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleaning to keep the cleanliness of your house at its highest, healthiest level. Of course, if an event falls outside of your regularly scheduled cleaning appointment we will gladly accommodate any special requests you may have.

Cleaning Options

Our Deep Clean is a thorough top to bottom, ceiling to baseboard cleaning where we literally touch all surfaces in between to make sure they get cleaned. This includes everything-baseboards, cabinet fronts, ceiling fans, lights, vents, shelves, counters, furniture, door and window frames, blinds and any other surface that can be cleaned. This type of cleaning makes it easier and faster to keep the house at it’s cleanest and healthiest.

Routine Cleaning

Our Routine Clean is usually done on a rotating schedule and doesn’t take as long and therefore doesn’t cost as much. We tailor the cleaning to your lifestyle and budget.

For example: We can come out and do a light cleaning where we pick up trash, dust, vacuum and sanitize the kitchen and bathrooms. Some clients have us clean only the high traffic areas and wait until a special occasion to have the guest bedrooms cleaned or the basement entertainment area cleaned.

Other people elect to have rooms put on a rotational basis-so that once a month the rooms least used get cleaned. Others yet, opt to have us change their linens and wash the bedding.

We will work with you, your family and your lifestyle and your make sure your home is cleaned and you can put your feet up and relax at the end of the day. And yes, we like pets!

Examples of Routine Cleaning of Different Areas

A routine cleaning of the kitchen would involve cleaning the following areas. Dusting the walls and ceiling for cobwebs, taking everything off the counters and wiping down the countertop and backsplash, wiping the outside of all of the appliances, cleaning the outside of the cabinets, cleaning and shining the sink and fixtures, dusting down the woodwork, dusting the furniture, shining, the light fixtures, and of course vacuuming or sweeping the floor and mopping.

A routine cleaning of a bathroom means a deep sanitizing clean every time. This involves dusting for cobwebs, shining light fixtures, scrubbing the tub and/or shower, cleaning the toilet, scrubbing the sink, wiping down the toilet paper holder, dusting the woodwork, cleaning the towel holders and soap dishes, cleaning the vanity and mirrors and of course scrubbing the floor.

A routine cleaning of other rooms involves cobwebbing, vacuuming furniture (if necessary), dusting picture frames and knick knacks, wiping down doors, moldings and trim, dusting furniture, cleaning glass, light dusting (no product) of televisions, and vacuuming/dust mopping and damp mopping (depending on the surface of the floor).

Organizational Projects

We have certain staff that specializes in organizational cleaning. When a room or rooms just get totally out of hand with clutter, and you don’t know where to begin-call us. We will send over one or more staffers to organize and clean, while taking care not to throw away any personal or keepsake items. If you happen to be a hoarder, we can help. We can work with you to identify what truly needs to be saved, thrown away or donated. We have male and female staff available, so if something heavy need moved and cleaned we can handle it.
